Yellowstone Fans Have Some Bleak Opinions On The Show After Season 5 Episode 3

0 0
Read Time:1 Minute, 8 Second

First and foremost, viewers complained that the pacing was poor and the story was unnecessarily stretched to fill the hour. One Redditor claimed it could have been narrowed down to 20 minutes, while /u/NoHugsAmCactus thought it could have been told in 10 minutes or less. It also seems like Sheridan’s formula of tormenting characters for the sake of drama is becoming stale with fans, particularly /u/muscles44. Similarly, /u/F5_MyUsername would like a little happier respite to recover from the saturation of “shock trauma drama tragedy… just let the show breathe.” And /u/basicmemeheir didn’t mince words when they complained that the side story, in which Kayce and Monica lose their baby, feels compelled to watch his wife go through something traumatic that has no basis for had the story. I understand it’s sad, but it’s just terribly written and unnecessary.”

However, not everyone was unhappy with Episode 3. Fans who enjoyed it were quick to clapping back at those who, like /u/WickedFierce1, complained that nothing of significance happened. /u/BrisketAggie pointed to the not-so-minor achievement of Beth in destroying the company trying to build the airport. And /u/smithsp86 jumped on that dog poo, adding, “If ‘nothing’s happening’ were true, people would be right half as often as they complained Lee was alive.”
