President Donald Trump on Wednesday stated that the coronavirus is “going away” and continued to push for colleges to reopen because the virus “would not have a lot of an influence on” kids.
“It is going away. It’s going to go away. Issues go away. No query in my thoughts that it’ll go away,” Trump stated throughout a White Home press briefing.
The president continued to push for colleges to reopen this fall, saying that he believes most of them will. In relation to the coronavirus, he stated kids are capable of “throw it off very simply.”
“They might get it, however they get it and it would not have a lot of an influence on them,” he stated. “For no matter cause the China virus, kids deal with it very properly.”
