The Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible Manga

The anime Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible is inspired by Nene Yukimori’s ongoing manga series of the same name, which began in October 2019. The manga will be serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump Magazine and published under the Young Jump Comics label. As of May 2022, the individual chapters have been collected into nine tankōbon volumes.

Viz Media licensed the series for English release. The English manga is up to Volume 2, with Volume 3 due out on September 6, 2022.

Kubo-san wa Mobu o Yurusanai revolves around first-year high school student Junta Shiraishi, who is so quiet he is almost invisible. In fact, neither his teachers nor his classmates even notice him! Except for his classmate Nagisa Kubo.

As fate would have it, Kubo is quite outgoing and determined to get Junta to do all sorts of things that make him stand out.

Since the manga is a rom-com, the two will slowly begin to develop a deeper relationship.

Unlike other popular manga that follow a similar storyline, Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible falls under the his genre and is aimed at a young adult audience. Stay tuned for future updates!
