In a move that’s sure to add even more hype to fans for That ’90s Show, Netflix released a special video titled “Interview from the Hair Chair,” starring Debra Jo Rupp and Kurtwood Smith. It’s an amazing behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming sitcom. As the two actors prepare for filming, we get a glimpse of their chemistry with each other, which should quickly evoke the familiar Kitty and Red Forman vibes from That ’70s Show. Rupp also answered a few questions about the cast of The ’90s Show. And while she thought the new cast were wonderful kids to work with, a wave of emotion and nostalgia could be seen washing over her face before happily speaking of them when it came to reuniting with their ‘That’ 70s Show” colleagues left.

“Seeing all the kids come back … it was almost like no time had passed,” Rupp said in the clip. “We have something of a mini reunion every week. It was just amazing.” The clip also features some new scenes featuring most of the returning cast members, some of whom have already gotten emotional about returning to Point Place. For example, Laura Prepon was revealed to have cried on the set of That ’90s Show on day one. Prepon is reprising her role as Donna on the show, of course, but she’s also directed a few episodes (via Collider). It feels like “That ’90s Show” will hit any fan with a welcome nostalgia bomb. We can’t wait to see the old That ’70s Show cast grow up and reunite.
