It is also reported that these vaccinations have been very helpful in controlling the spread of the infection. But some groups of people also mentioned that they would take the vaccination only if it is needed, but after seeing their family and friends, they have signed up for the vaccination and have already scheduled their vaccination. But there are other groups of people who mentioned that they will never take vaccinations. President Biden has set a target to reach the 70% of Americans to be vaccinated by July 4, and currently, the vaccination rate is more than 60% of the population is already partially vaccinated.

As per the recent news, president Joe Biden has turned to his old boss for help encouraging Americans to sign u for the Obama-era health law during an expanded special enrollment period in the pandemic. Biden used his weekly address for a brief Zoom chat with Obama to draw attention to the six-month expanded enrollment period that closes August 15. However, the government has released a report claiming that more than 31 million Americas have health coverage through the Affordable Care Act. The former president Barak Obama mentioned that we did this together, whose administration established the health insurance marketplace. Also mentioned that how they talked about it and if they could get the principle of universal coverage establishment, they could build on it.

The White House effort to spotlight the expanded enrollment and claim strong numbers for the health laws come as the political world, and the health care system await a supreme court ruling on the law’s constitutionality. The Zoom call was recorded on Friday afternoon and then released on Saturday as Biden’s weekly address. The Health and Human Service Department said that more than 31 million Americans are covered under this program in 2021, which is higher than the more than 20 million commonly cited estimates.

The Biden administration also launched a special sign-up period during the pandemic, and Congress passed a big boost in subsidies for private health plans that are sold under the law. But that alone does not explain the increase in the coverage. The reports also mention that more than 11.3 million people are covered through the health law’s marketplaces, where subsidized private plans are offered. An additional 14.8 million are covered through expanded Medicaid, the reports added.
