Trump’s Deputy Press Secretary Lost Her Phone To A 3-Year-Old, And Twitter Can’t Stop Laughing

Move over, confefe. There’s a new Twitter sheriff in town. And it’s none other than the three-year-old child of Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

On the morning of June 10, a questionable message went out from Sander’s Twitter profile. It’s her official work account, created in January right after she got the White House job under Donald Trump, too.

And that message appeared much more confusing than any of the many ones tweeted by Trump himself. It’s loaded with emojis, and with only a few letters and characters that don’t compose any actual message.

Take note:

This quickly launched over 4,000 replies. And which are even funnier than the original that launched those counter-tweets.

There were many “covfefe” jokes, of course.

Not all of the replies were issued with humorous intent.

Some Twitter respondents joked about news that White House staff kept Trump away from all social media during the recent James Comey testimony before congress.

Don’t forget how Republicans attacked Hillary Clinton regarding security in electronic communication, either.

Sanders responded to this odd tweet about 90 minutes later, and with a cutesy explanation. Oops! It was actually her toddler-aged child who submitted the previous message on Sanders’ official Twitter account.

That only launched another response-tweet party, though, and in even higher number than the responses to the first tweet.

And as some pointed out, if a three-year-old child has access to an official White House mobile phone, and can actually operate that phone, doesn’t that seem like, oh … a security risk, maybe?

Some doubted Sanders’ explanation.

The hypocrisy regarding attacks on Hillary Clinton for electronic security arose again, too.

In fact, failure to recognize that type of security risk should cost Sanders her job, many offered.

About six weeks ago in early May, Sanders – daughter of former Arkansas governor and Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee – began filling in for official White House press secretary Sean Spicer.
