Stormy Daniel’s Attorney Just Silenced Rudy Giuliani

Stormy Daniel’s attorney Michael Avenatti made a whirlwind of revelations on Tuesday.

As reported to CNN in an exclusive and verified by the Daily Beast as being true, Avenatti has records that show President Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen received $500,000 from a Putin-connected Russian oligarch. No one knows what the payments are for.

This is perhaps the most significant development so far in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

Keep in mind – The FBI already raided Cohen’s work and home. This is only just now being mentioned publicly.

That’s not all, though. Avenatti alluded on Twitter that this was just the start of more juicy things to come.

Avenatti also took the time to address Rudy Giuliani’s petty comments against him.

Here was how he responded:

“Mr. Giuliani – you just called me a “pretty unsuccessful lawyer” and stated that you “can’t remember a case he’s ever had that meant anything.” 1st, you obviously can’t remember much. 2nd, check my bio and you will find over a BILLION worth of verdicts and settlements.”

We took him up on his offer. If turns out, the website for Avenatti’s bio got overloaded with server requests following this tweet, so we looked him up on the popular website IMDB. Yes – he even has his bio there. It looks pretty impressive. He wasn’t lying about that dollar amount. Looks like Stormy Daniels picked a pretty successful lawyer.

Here it is:

Well known American trial lawyer specializing in high profile cases and disputes throughout the United States. Routinely featured in the media. Responsible for securing over $1 Billion in verdicts and settlements as lead counsel, including an April 2017 $454 Million verdict after a jury trial in Federal Court in Los Angeles in a fraud case against Kimberly-Clark (NYSE: KMB) and Halyard Health (NYSE: HYH) that was featured on 60 Minutes; a $80.5 million class action settlement against Service Corporation International (NYSE: SCI) in another case featured on 60 Minutes and in the international press (settlement reached in the middle of trial); a $39 million settlement in a case involving the alleged theft of trade secrets; and a $13 million plus verdict after a six week jury trial in Palm Beach, Florida. In 2015, prevailed against the National Football League in a two week jury trial in Federal District Court in Dallas, Texas after obtaining a court order requiring Jerry Jones to attend trial and be cross-examined.

Following undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania, and while in law school at George Washington University, he served as a public relations consultant and strategist to litigants and political candidates on a national level. After graduating from GW, the law school established the Michael J. Avenatti Award for Excellence in Pre-Trial and Trial Advocacy, an annual award given to the member of the graduating Juris Doctor class who demonstrates excellence in pre-trial and trial advocacy. Has received numerous honors and awards, including being voted as the top trial lawyer of the year.

Avenatti has personally challenged Rudy to appear with him on TV in a one-on-one discussion but so far he has declined to respond to the offer. What’s wrong, Rudy? Scared to take him on?
